What is ProteomeXchange? ProteomeXchange (PX) provides a standard way for submitting mass spectrometry [2]-based proteomics [3] data to public-domain repositories. Once you have submitted your data to the PX entry point, it will be automatically disseminated to all other repositories in the consortium [1].
